As the finish line draws near for the 2009 F1 season, there is little to look forward to unlike the 2007 or last year's final race! This year's driver's and the constructor's championships are already in the pockets of Jenson Button and his team, Brawn.

But the 2010 season is sure going to be different with the drivers moving around amongst teams, BMW pulling out, new teams coming in and new rules being introduced. There's one that caught my attention, due to the financial implications of transporting the fuel rigs around the world for refuelling, it has been decided that the mid-race refuelling would be done away with! This would mean that the cars for the next season would look a little bloated in the tail end to accommodate a larger fuel tank! It was the F1 cars of the '50s that flashed in my mind, they had a huge rear and used to resemble giant ants! Thankfully the cars are much sleeker now.

Anyway, hopefully 2010 season would be an interesting one and with Jean Todt, the former executive director of Ferrari, soon helming the FIA, chances are that Schumi may not be far behind in a different role!
